Parts Journeyman/Apprentice

Syndicated Services Inc. offers competitive wages, excellent benefits, and a continual focus on training and development. We are currently looking for a Parts Journeyman/Apprentice for the Grande Prairie location.

The Parts person is responsible for sourcing parts for a wide variety of pumps locally and globally. Must be familiar with ordering, as well as receiving and shipping inventory, both for customer specific work orders and sales orders.

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with staff and customers to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Ensures customer satisfaction within area of primary responsibility
• Maintaining all incoming and outgoing inventory
• Be familiar with and understand the use of Purchase orders
• Create sales orders
• Ordering parts
• Shipping and Receiving
• Pick-up and delivery

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 driver’s License
• Must have and provide a Clean Drivers Abstract
• Working knowledge of the oil and gas, Commercial and Municipal systems
• Good attitude towards work and customer first priority
• Must be well organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment with little supervision
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work under supervision and guidance of the Parts Manager
• Applicants must be enrolled in or have completed the Apprenticeship Program
• Strong Written and Verbal communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Must be able to pass Drug test / Spot drug tests requirements
